The show is full of all sports content with differing opinions, engaging banter, and the duo of former Super Bowl Champion, Dale Hellestrae and The Angry Fan, won't be shy with holding the local and national sports teams accountable. Join the conversation by calling in to the program at 602-260-1060. And tune in Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. on NBC Sports Radio AM 1060, 100.7 HD 2 and http://nbcsports1060.com/ Hosts: Dale Hellestrae (@helly7070) - Dale Hellestrae is a former NFL offensive lineman and center playing in the league from 1985 through 2001. Hellestrae's stints came with the Buffalo Bills from 1985-1988, Los Angeles Raiders in 1989, the Dallas Cowboys from 1990-2001 and the Baltimore Ravens in 2001. Most notably, Hellestrae's time with the Cowboys resulted in three Super Bowl Championships (Super Bowl XXVII, Super Bowl XXVIII and Super Bowl XXX) where he thrived as a 300-pound lineman specializing at long-snapper and special teams. Hellestrae, though, has ties to Arizona, born in Phoenix and he played his high school football at Saguaro High in Scottsdale, Ariz. His college career took him to play at Southern Methodist. Hellestrae was drafted in the fourth round with the 112th overall pick. In addition to hearing Hellestrae's straight sports opinions on NBC Sports Radio AM 1060, you can catch him on the call for the Arizona Rattlers and across the Valley of the Sun. Angry Fan - The Angry Fan is a 53-year-old old washed up athlete that chose college baseball over big-time college football (thankfully to protect the little brain cells left). He played in the San Francisco Giants organization until a rotator cuff injury shortened his career. Afterward, the Angry Fan took up golf after his baseball life and was lucky enough to play in the 2000 U.S. Mid Amateur and the 2001 Pacific Coast Amateur. Currently, the Angry Fan can be caught on the rink playing hockey twice a week until the next injury puts him further into retirement. But through all that, the Angry Fan was born into a gambling family and played his first football parlay card at 5-years-old. Been a degenerate gambler up until a couple years ago (there is no other kind of gambler). Although he tries to support all the local Arizona teams, he's not a fan of any particular team; just the one his money was on. He's a terrible craps shooter (worst ever), marginal casino player, but a very experienced sports gambler. The Angry Fan is willing to put his money where his mouth is if, you know, gambling was legal. So, he'll just talk hypothetically.
